Then something has gone wrong and we want to know. Write to us with the date, the amount and the descriptor that appeared on your statement, and we will tell you what we can establish. Because we run no payment system, a charge naming us is most often either a different company with a similar name or a fraudulent descriptor — in both cases your bank or card issuer is the party who can reverse it, and contacting them fast matters.
If we ever charge for anything, the terms will be stated at the point of purchase before any payment is taken, and they will include a clear withdrawal and refund period consistent with consumer law in the buyer's jurisdiction. This page will be replaced with those terms and the change dated.
There is no account, no subscription and nothing to cancel on this site, so there is nothing here that could ever need refunding.
