We ask for no contact details anywhere on this site: there is no form to fill in and no list to join. If you choose to write to us, we keep that message so we can answer it and so we have a record of any correction it yielded. Server logs record standard technical information — approximate location, browser type, pages requested — in aggregate.
The weekly movement planner published in our guide runs entirely in your own browser. The days, minutes and intensity you enter are never transmitted to us, are not written to any server, and are gone when you close the page.
Cookies are used for basic site functionality and anonymous audience measurement only. You can block them in your browser without losing access to any content on this site.
Correspondence is kept while it is helpful for answering you and for the correction record, and then deleted. We hold no contact list, so there is nothing else of yours to keep.
Please do not send us details of your medical history, medication or diagnoses. We are not a clinical service, we have no need for that information, and we would rather not hold it.
You may ask us at any time to show you what we hold or to delete it, using the contact details below, and we will act on the request without charge.
